Without integrity, the first two just give you a smart, hardworking crook. Judge integrity by signals—what people do, not what they say. The more someone overtly claims to be honest and high-status, the less likely they are to be either.
The most dangerous things in life are heroin and a monthly salary—both highly addictive. As your pay creeps up, your lifestyle creeps up with it, keeping you in the wage-slave trap. Ideally you make your money in discrete lumps separated over long periods, so your lifestyle can't adapt fast enough to trap you.
Productize yourself. "Productize" contains specific knowledge and leverage; "yourself" contains uniqueness and accountability. Specific knowledge can't be taught in a classroom—if it could, someone cheaper would replace you. It's found by following genuine curiosity and obsession; it feels like play to you but looks like work to others.
